How to add the Maxwell Directory (x402 + MCP) MCP server to Claude (web and desktop)

Claude setup

1. Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
2. Name it ai-maxwellinternational-data and paste the URL: https://api.maxwellinternational.ai/mcp
3. Click Add. No sign-in is needed.
4. Start a new chat and turn the connector on from the tools menu.

We ran the hands-on test in a reference client, not in Claude. This config follows Claude's documented format for remote (Streamable HTTP) servers. If it fails for you, tell us and we will retest.
