How to add the api-evangelist MCP server to Claude Code

Claude Code setup

claude mcp add --transport http com-apievangelist-api-evangelist https://mcp.apievangelist.com/mcp
  1. Run the command, then run claude mcp get com-apievangelist-api-evangelist to confirm it connected.

We ran the hands-on test in a reference client, not in Claude Code. This config follows Claude Code's documented format for remote (Streamable HTTP) servers. If it fails for you, tell us and we will retest.
