How to add the Frisian MCP (Django) MCP server to Claude (web and desktop)
Server URL: https://mcp.frisian-mcp.com/mcp/
Sign-in: No sign-in. Paste the URL and it connects.
Our hands-on result: Works 5 of 5 tasks passed, tested Oct 21, 2026 with MCP TypeScript SDK (reference client).
Claude setup
https://mcp.frisian-mcp.com/mcp/- Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- Name it com-frisian-mcp-django and paste the URL: https://mcp.frisian-mcp.com/mcp/
- Click Add. No sign-in is needed.
- Start a new chat and turn the connector on from the tools menu.
We ran the hands-on test in a reference client, not in Claude. This config follows Claude's documented format for remote (Streamable HTTP) servers. If it fails for you, tell us and we will retest.
