How to add the Supabase MCP server to Claude Code

Server URL: https://mcp.supabase.com/mcp
Sign-in: We tested it with an access token sent as an Authorization: Bearer header. The vendor also offers OAuth sign-in, which we did not test.
Our hands-on result: Works 12 of 12 tasks passed, tested Oct 17, 2026 with MCP TypeScript SDK (reference client).

Claude Code setup

  1. Run the command, then run claude mcp get supabase to confirm it connected.

We ran the hands-on test in a reference client, not in Claude Code. This config follows Claude Code's documented format for remote (Streamable HTTP) servers. If it fails for you, tell us and we will retest.
