Use search_generic_code, which found 129 matches for the same repo in our test. Try the repo specific endpoint (gitmcp.io/OWNER/REPO) instead of the generic one. Check the repo name by hand, since a typo and an indexing gap look identical.

GitMCP returns "No documentation found."

Error: No documentation found.

What causes it

The generic gitmcp.io/docs endpoint returned this for modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk, a repo with a README and docs, and gives the same text for a repo that does not exist.
