Error: MCP error -32601: Method not found

What causes it

The server does not offer resources (Cloudflare Docs) or resource templates (Slack). It offers tools only, so the call is unsupported, not broken.

How to fix it

1. Ignore it, or check the server capabilities from initialize before calling resources/list.
2. Use the tools instead.
